    The actual delivery status will depend on the route arranged by the logistics driver (postman). 
    In the event of large orders or force majeure and natural disasters, the arrival may be delayed.

Arrival time description:
1. After placing the order (excluding the day of ordering), it will be shipped in about 1-2 working days, excluding holidays.
2. Delivery time is 08:30 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday, no delivery is arranged on holidays (regular holidays)
3. If there are consecutive holidays, promotions or force majeure natural disasters, shipments may be delayed.

1. When the Taiwan warehouse has stock, it will take about 2-3 days to arrive.
2. When there is no inventory in the Taiwan warehouse, the goods will be shipped from the Jingdezhen factory in China, and it will take 10-15 days to arrive.
