This handmade clay casserole is fired at high temperature with thin glaze technology and has many air holes. 
It makes the cooking effect very good and can make a variety of dishes.
The lid is designed with vent holes to balance the pressure and avoid the lid from beating when cooking.
The bottom of the pot is unglazed so that it heats up quickly and evenly.
The casserole has good air permeability and strong water absorption capacity, so it should not be soaked in water for a long time.
Clay pots are not suitable for induction hobs and dishwashers.
